COT Recovery For Micromax A44..

last night i tried to port the stock recovery.img to COT recovery... and it was successful ..... i am very happy that now we have two Recoveries for This Little Device.. and if you own a Micromax A44 punk then your problems about recovery and rooting is solved....
I have already Uploaded the CWMRecovery 6 and fully rooted Stock ROM will be uploaded soon....

You can flash these using the sp flash Tool i have attached on the attachments below....

HOW To Flash COT Recovery into Your Device:

Now there are two methods one using mobile uncle tool or using the sp flash tool....
1st Method: (Will work Only on Rooted Device if you have already rooted your A44 using unlock root.)
If you have a rooted Device, simply use this mobile uncle tool, put the recovery i provided in the root of your SD Card, download and install Mobile uncle from play store or downlaod from attachments below... install the apk and then everything is easy.... just follow steps...

2nd Method:

Downlaod sp Flash Tool from attachments,
Load scatter file..... browse recovery..... dissconnect your phone from pc/laptop..... remove battery ... put you battery back ,.... do not connect you phone to usb or turn on the battery do not touch any buttons on the phone...... now after loading the recovery.img .. make sure only recovery is ticked and rest are unticked ... in not then untick it yourself.. as we are only going to flash recovery only..... ...
Pres download button... a message will appear to connect the USB cable in XX seconds... so now connect the USB cable with XX seconds and a progress bar will appear.. let it complete.. and you will see the green circle... close the window and sp flash tool.. and boot into recovery....


You know how to enter into recovery Power + vol up simultaneously ......

    This recovery is not working properly. I was able to successfully flash it but when i try to select a option from main menu the screen returns back to main menu in a split second.

    I was unable to flash your rom using cwm recovery and i am unable to use cot recovery due to menu problems.

    All my other attempts to root the device have failed. Please help me in rooting my phone. I shall be very greatful

    It shows some error when i connect the device , it says i dont have the drivers for the phone .what should i do ?

    I can not use wi-fi on this i used first method to install using mobile uncle... and also applied static ip address.. plz suggest on this.
